Why you received a message

Rate Follow Up is a software platform used by participating businesses. The business that served you is responsible for collecting your SMS consent before uploading your phone number or sending follow-up messages through the service.

How to opt out

• Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of future SMS messages.
• After you reply STOP, you should receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
• If you opt out, the participating business should not continue sending SMS messages to that number through Rate Follow Up unless you opt in again.

How to get help by text

• Reply HELP to any text message for help information.
• You may also contact the business that sent the message if your question is about an appointment, visit, service, bill, review request, or other business-specific issue.

Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies based on the participating business and the follow-up workflow. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for SMS messages based on your wireless plan.
